Refund Policy

At Henna Ghar, we value your time and our time. To provide the best service possible and maintain fairness for all clients, we have the following Refunds & Cancellations Policy in place:

Booking & Deposits

  • A deposit is required to confirm your booking.

  • Deposit details and amount will be provided at the time of booking.

Bridal Henna & Event Henna

  • Bridal Henna and Event Henna bookings require advance notice due to preparation and scheduling needs.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice (unless otherwise agreed at time of booking).

  • Cancellations made with proper notice may be eligible for refund or rescheduling — subject to availability.

Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the artist cancels the appointment.

  • No refunds will be issued once henna has been applied.

  • Results of henna stains depend on skin type, placement, and aftercare — no guarantees on exact stain color or longevity can be made.

No-Shows & Late Cancellations

  • No-shows or cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
