Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Henna Ghar! By using our website and booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services
Henna Ghar provides the following services:
  • Personal Henna
  • Event Henna (parties, corporate events, etc.)
  • Bridal Henna
  • Kids Henna
  • Customized Henna Designs
  • Wedding Packages (Brides & Bridesmaids) — Contact us for details and pricing
2. Appointments & Bookings
  • All appointments are subject to availability.
  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
  • Bridal Henna and Event Henna bookings should be made well in advance due to preparation time.
  • You can also book by sending us a direct message (DM) on Instagram @henna.ghar.
  • For cancellations or rescheduling, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice unless otherwise agreed.
3. Travel Fees
  • If clients require us to travel to their location, a travel fee will apply based on the distance, currently we are only providing services in DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia).
  • The travel fee will be communicated in advance during booking.
4. Payments
  • We accept: Cash, Zelle, Apple Cash, Venmo.
  • Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise specified.
  • For Bridal Henna or large events, an advance deposit is required and the balance is due on the day of the service.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the artist cancels the appointment.
  • Cancellations made with proper notice may be eligible for rescheduling.
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
6. Health & Safety
  • We use natural henna, free of harmful chemicals.
  • Please inform us of any skin sensitivities, allergies, or medical conditions before your appointment.
  • Henna aftercare instructions will be provided; it is the responsibility of the client to follow them.
  • Henna stains may vary based on skin type, placement, and aftercare.
7. Photos & Content
  • With your permission, photos of your henna designs may be used for Henna Ghar’s portfolio, website, or social media.
  • If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us at the time of service.
8. Intellectual Property
  • All designs created by Henna Ghar remain the property of the artist.
  • Designs may not be copied, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.
9. Website Use
  • You agree to use our website for lawful purposes only.
  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
  • Henna Ghar is not liable for any adverse skin reactions or outcomes resulting from henna application.
  • We are not responsible for delayed or unsatisfactory stain results due to client aftercare or skin type.
